Ritmo popular do Estado do Pará conhecido mundialmente, ganhou o status de patrimônio cultural
Os deputados aprovaram por unanimidade nesta terça (24) projeto de autoria da deputada Ana Cunha (PSDB) declarando o ritmo Brega como integrante do Patrimônio Cultural e Imaterial do estado do Pará, nas presenças da cantora Lucinha Bastos, do cantor Edilson Moreno, do músico e compositor Júnior Neves, e do professor, coreógrafo e dançarino Rolon Ho.
Ao final da coletiva, tanto Lucinha como o Moreno cantaram alguns sucessos do ritmo, hoje já consagrado.
Na mesma sessão foi aprovado também o Projeto de Lei que cria o Dia Estadual da Música Gospel, de autoria do deputado Raimundo Santos (Patriota).
